This "Terms of use of products & copyright" section applies to the following products: Green Screen Transitions Pro 2022 (GST Pro 2022) and Green Screen Transitions 2 Pro Pack (GST 2 Pro Pack), including all its editions, versions and fixes.
Disclaimer
All the mentioned products are provided AS IS and without any warranty as to its features, functionality, integrity, and quality. We will not be liable for any losses and/or damages in connection with the use of our products.

The copyright to all the mentioned products belongs to J. Voltr, Strakonice, Czech Republic, European Union; business identification number 03555798 (registered on Nov 10, 2014 at MÄ›stský úÅ™ad Strakonice, Czech Republic).
What is allowed

It is allowed to have three copies of each product:

The first copy be the product in the unzipped form (that will be used to make videos).

The second copy be the ZIP file provided by us (which may be useful in the case of a loss or an unintentional rewrite of one or more unzipped product files).

In the case you use an internet service to make videos, such as online video editor, you are allowed to have a copy of the product on a single internet service (in the form of individual MP4 files) only if the upload does not transfer the copyright at all (such as to the internet service or to any fourth party) and if it is guaranteed that no third party except the internet service has access to the upload files.

It is allowed to use green screen transition MP4 files to achieve a green screen transitions effect in videos, and post these videos to any platform, unless it violates any other term(s) of use.
What is NOT allowed
If you plan to use the product in any way that is not listed above in the "What is allowed" paragraph, then the use is by default NOT allowed. Especially:

You are NOT allowed to have more that three copies of the product (see "What is allowed" paragraph).

You are NOT allowed to modify any files in the product in any way.

You are NOT allowed to sell, resell or rent the product or any of its parts to any third party, no matter whether the product is in the original form or changed in any way.

You are NOT allowed to give, gift or share the product or any of its parts to any third party, no matter whether the product is in the original form or changed in any way.
However, if you think we should allow the use of the product you have in your mind, feel free to contact us at info[at]greenscreentransitions[dot]com in advance. We will take a look at the use-case and consider changing the mind. Don't forget that even if we eventually change the mind, you are NOT allowed to use the product in the suggested way until the use appears on this page in "What is allowed " paragraph.

Refund rules
Since the products are digital products that are provided AS IS, we do not accept any refunds whatsoever.
However, if the reason you want to refund the product is the non-functionality of the product or the non-functionality of its part, please contact us via email at info[at]greenscreentransitions[dot]com, and we will do our best to fix the problem and provide you with a solution, either in the form of a step-by-step procedure or in the form of an entirely new version of the product or its part.
